Field pilots and operators

Strong safety mindset and professionalism on active sites

Experience with UAS flight planning and data capture (mapping and inspection workflows a plus)

Reliable, clear communication with clients and our operations team

Interest in affordable housing, infrastructure, or construction is helpful but not required

Data and delivery specialists

Experience processing imagery into maps, models, or curated photo sets

Ability to turn raw data into clean, client‑ready deliverables

Comfort collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders

Client and project leads

Background in asset management, construction, real estate, or community development

Ability to translate client needs into clear scopes and repeatable workflows

Strong written and verbal communication skills
